"What are you going to do in 2012 to be the best you can be?" Orion asked. "I'm going to follow a formula that I use with groups called 'start, stop, continue.'"I replied. "I'm going to start trusting in my skills and abilities. I'm going to stop letting fear derail my instincts to try new things. I'm going to continue to work on being present in all that I do.
